We are a racial justice training consultancy that creates an experience using law and structural inequity and workshops for real participatory projects that empowers clients to take on structural inequity and achieve culture change.
Real participatory change happens when we start to realize real change in
1) the lives of communities that have been prejudiced as a result of the law,(policing, mass incarceration)
2) clients are exposed to the concepts and history of structural inequity to gain consciousness and close the racial gap.
